Overview

The whole phinisi, on your schedule

The same boat, the same crew and the same places as our open trip, with nobody else aboard and no fixed timetable. You decide when the day starts, whether the Padar sunrise wake-up happens at all, and which snorkel sites are worth a second visit.

Charter runs from IDR 120M total for up to 10 guests on a 2D1N, which works out under IDR 12M a head, or IDR 140M for the 3D2N. Each additional guest up to 21 adds a fixed rate. Charters of three nights or more include a private beach dinner on a hidden cove, laid out with tables and lights.

Who charters the whole boat

  • Families and reunions, where a shared trip means splitting across two boats.
  • Freedivers and photographers who want to stay at one site instead of moving on.
  • Weddings and honeymoons, where the private beach dinner is the point.

It is the most flexible Labuan Bajo trip we run, and the only Labuan Bajo tour where the itinerary below is a suggestion rather than a schedule. Everything else, the crew, the meals, the harbour transfers, works exactly as it does on the open trip.

Good to know

How many people can we bring?

1 to 21 guests. The base price for 1 to 10 is the same, so the per-person cost goes down the more you bring up to 10. From guest 11 to 21, each extra person is a fixed rate (IDR 4,500,000 on the 3D2N tier).

Can we customize the itinerary?

Yes, that is the whole point. We send a proposed itinerary based on your style (relaxed, action-packed, family, honeymoon, photographer-heavy) and you redline it. Common requests: skip the early sunrise, add a freediving spot, or swap an island for a fishing village.

What does the free beach dinner include?

On charters of 3 nights or more, we set up tables and lanterns on a private cove one evening, the boat's chef cooks ashore, and we coordinate music and any surprises (an engagement, a birthday cake) if you tell us in advance.

Can we do a wedding or proposal on board?

Yes, we have done both. Tell us early so we can plan flowers, a photographer, and a private cove setup.

Who operates this trip?

Asik Travel designs, sells, and runs your charter end to end, from itinerary to airport transfers. The Phinisi is built and operated by our partner shipyard, Elbark Cruises, and crewed by the same team as our open trip. You book with us; the boat is a partner vessel.
