Day 1
A flexible day, typically
Boarding in Labuan Bajo: board the Phinisi, drop bags in your cabin, and take the welcome briefing on the sundeck.
Cruise to a calm snorkel site (Sebayur, Siaba, or your pick) to warm up, then lunch on board sailing toward Taka Makasar. Early afternoon at the Taka Makasar sandbar, then a drift snorkel at Manta Point. At sunset, your choice of Padar's three-bay viewpoint or the flying foxes of Kalong. Dinner on board, then sundeck movies or karaoke. Want a more aggressive Day 1? Swap relax for freediving, a hidden snorkel, or a sunrise photoshoot.
Day 2
An optional
Wake call for the Padar sunrise hike (
), or sleep in, it is your trip. Breakfast on board sailing to Pink Beach to swim and snorkel off the sand.
Komodo Island and a ranger-led walk through dragon territory. Lunch on board cruising to Pengah Island for the trip's best coral snorkel, then a free afternoon. On 3D2N charters, a private beach dinner on a hidden cove in the evening: tables, lanterns, a chef ashore, no other guests. Common swaps: a deeper freediving session instead of Padar, Wae Cicu reef instead of Pink Beach, or Rinca instead of Komodo for fewer crowds.
Day 3
An easy wrap-up, typically
Return: breakfast on board cruising to Kelor for a short hike and one last panorama, then a final calm snorkel at Manjarite. Cruise back to Labuan Bajo with packing time and a late breakfast on the sundeck, arriving at the harbor between

1 to 21 guests. The base price for 1 to 10 is the same, so the per-person cost goes down the more you bring up to 10. From guest 11 to 21, each extra person is a fixed rate (IDR 4,500,000 on the 3D2N tier).
Yes, that is the whole point. We send a proposed itinerary based on your style (relaxed, action-packed, family, honeymoon, photographer-heavy) and you redline it. Common requests: skip the early sunrise, add a freediving spot, or swap an island for a fishing village.
On charters of 3 nights or more, we set up tables and lanterns on a private cove one evening, the boat's chef cooks ashore, and we coordinate music and any surprises (an engagement, a birthday cake) if you tell us in advance.
Yes, we have done both. Tell us early so we can plan flowers, a photographer, and a private cove setup.
Asik Travel designs, sells, and runs your charter end to end, from itinerary to airport transfers. The Phinisi is built and operated by our partner shipyard, Elbark Cruises, and crewed by the same team as our open trip. You book with us; the boat is a partner vessel.
